PRIVACY POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The User's use of the website constitutes agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

1.2. If the User disagrees with the terms of the Privacy Policy, they must stop using the website.

1.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to this website. The Website Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access via links available on this website.

1.4. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User.

2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Website Administration’s obligations regarding non-disclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data provided by the User upon request of the Website Administration.

2.2. The personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out a registration form on the website.

3. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1. The Website Administration may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:

  • Take precautionary measures to protect the User’s personal data in accordance with commonly accepted business practices.

  • Block personal data related to the User upon request from the User, their legal representative, or an authorized body for data protection, in case of inaccurate data or unlawful actions.

5. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Website Administration, if failing to fulfill its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User due to the improper use of personal data in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

5.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Website Administration is not liable if the information:

  • Became public before its loss or disclosure.

  • Was received from a third party before being obtained by the Website Administration.

  • Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1. Before filing a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Website Administration, an attempt to resolve the dispute amicably is mandatory.

6.2. The recipient of the complaint must respond in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

6.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a court in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

6.4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS

7.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

7.2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the website unless otherwise provided by the updated version of the Policy.
